Roll For TRADitiative Special FAQ’s What is ‘Roll for Traditiative’? ‘Roll for Traditiative’ is a special event where you roll a 20-sided die to determine the cost and design tier of your tattoo. It’s a fun and unique way to get a tattoo from an exclusive collection of predetermined designs, with options to roll with advantage or disadvantage for added excitement. What’s it Cost? 1. Standard Roll: • Cost: $300 • How it works: You roll a 20-sided die (d20) once. The number you roll determines the design you get, with a wide range of amazing options available. Each number corresponds to a different design, priced from $100 to $600. 2. Roll with Disadvantage: • Cost: $200 • How it works: You roll the d20 twice and take the lower number. This option increases your chances of getting a lower-priced design, but it’s also the most budget-friendly way to participate. 3. Roll with Advantage: • Cost: $400 • How it works: You roll the d20 twice and take the higher number. This gives you a better chance of landing a higher-priced design, potentially getting more value for your money. How does Booking work? 1. Book a Roll: Schedule a rolling session either in-studio or online. 2. Roll the Die: Roll a 20-sided die to determine your design tier and cost. You can choose to roll with advantage or disadvantage. 3. Pick a Design: Choose from our predetermined designs within your rolled tier. 4. Book Tattoo: Schedule your tattoo appointment based on the design you selected. What are the design tiers and values? • 1: $100 • 2-5: $150 - $200 • 6-10: $200 - $300 • 11-15: $300 - $400 • 16-19: $400 - $500 • 20: $500 - $600 What does it mean to roll with advantage or disadvantage? • Advantage: Roll two 20-sided dice and choose the higher result. This increases your chances of landing a higher-tier design. • Disadvantage: Roll two 20-sided dice and choose the lower result. This adds a risk factor, possibly resulting in a lower-tier design. What if I don’t like the design I roll? Each tier offers multiple design options. You can select your favorite from the available designs in your rolled tier or lower tiers. Can I see the designs before I roll? You can view examples of the types of designs in each tier. After rolling, you’ll select from the specific designs available in your rolled tier or lower. Can I roll the die online? Yes, we offer virtual rolling sessions using a trusted online dice roller tool or via video call. How do I book a rolling session? You can book a rolling session online through my booking site, virtual or in person. What happens after I roll? After rolling the die and choosing your design, we’ll schedule your tattoo appointment. You’ll receive a confirmation with the appointment details and the chosen design. How long will my tattoo appointment take? The duration depends on the chosen design. We’ll provide an estimated time when you book your tattoo session. Is there a deposit required? Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your tattoo appointment. The deposit amount is the cost of the type of roll you choose(normal, advantage, disadvantage). What if I need to reschedule my tattoo appointment? If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I’ll work with you to find a new suitable time. Do you offer any discounts for the event? Occasionally, we offer promotional discounts for early bookings or for members of local gaming clubs or communities. Check our website or social media for current offers. Can I choose my design before I roll? No, the roll determines your design tier, but you can choose from the available designs within that tier after you roll. Can I roll multiple times? Each client can roll once per booked session, unless rolling with advantage which technically gives your an extra roll. If you wish to roll again, you can book another rolling session. Are the designs customizable? The designs are predetermined, but minor adjustments may be possible. Discuss any potential changes with me after selecting your design. What if I want a larger or more complex design? The design tiers are based on pre-set sizes and complexity. For larger or more complex custom designs, we recommend booking a standard tattoo session outside of the “Roll for Traditiative” event. What safety measures are in place? We follow all standard health and safety protocols, including sterilizing equipment and maintaining a clean environment. For virtual rolls, we ensure secure online sessions. What if I roll the lowest tier? Even the lowest tier includes high-quality, unique designs. Every tier has a range of exciting options to choose from. Do you provide aftercare instructions? Yes, after your tattoo session, we provide comprehensive aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing and care of your new tattoo. Are walk-ins allowed for rolling sessions? We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on the day’s schedule but are not guaranteed. What if I roll a number and change my mind? Once you roll, the result is final. However, you can choose from the available designs within the rolled tier or lower, or book another session for a chance to roll again. You are also not forced to get a tattoo but the money for the roll will not be refunded. ❕❕WHEN BOOKING A NEW APPOINTMENT THROUGH THIS SITE YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL INCLUDING A LINK TO FILL OUT AN INQUIRY FORM WHICH IS REQUIRED SO I KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING.
